Manufactured from CNC machined hardened steel for extremely high strength and accuracy.

The gears consist of a primary drive with M4 locking screw and are mounted on a 5/8mm shaft with a flat side like Nema17 motors with a planetary gear.

BondTech drive gear kits come as a set consisting of a primary drive gear, a secondary drive gear, bearings and a shaft.

• Gear set for filament size 1.75 mm, primary gear with 5 mm bore, secondary gear with two needle bearings, M3x2 set screw and a 3 x 20 mm shaft.
• Gear set for filament size 1.75 mm, primary gear with 8 mm bore, secondary gear with integrated needle bearings, M4x3 set screw and a 4 x 22 mm shaft.
