PLA ELECTRIC CONDUCTIVE GRAPHITE is an electrically conductive material for simple circuits and touch-sensitive devices.
PLA GRAFITE ELECTRIC CONDUCTIVE PLA GRAFITE offers better layer adhesion, higher tear strength, higher melt flow and overall greater consistency for a higher performance, trouble-free printing experience.
Description
ELECTRIC CONDUCTIVE GRAPHITE PLA filament contains a number of advantages that make it a unique filament in PLA material
- No heated bed required.
- 3D printing temperature like standard PLA.
- Less deformation and distortion during 3D printing.
- Volume resistivity of 3D printed parts along the layers (x/y): 30 ohm-cm.
- Volume resistivity of moulded resin (not 3D printed): 15 ohm-cm.
- 100% machinable.
- Volume resistivity of 3D printed parts against layers (z): 115 ohm-cm.
- Resistance of a 10cm long 1.75mm filament: 2-3kohm.
Characteristics
PLA GRAPHITE ELECTRIC CONDUCTOR does not require hardened steel nozzles or similar, as it does not produce excessive wear like other fibre filaments in brass nozzles.
3D printing parameters:
- Fuser temperature 210 – 230 ºC
- Bed temperature No need (in case of use, 40-70 ºC)
- Layer fan Yes
- Diameter 2.85 mm
- Net weight: 50-500 g
- Printing conditions PLA
