Innovatefil® PA with Carbon Fiber (PA CF) is a technical material that offers high mechanical and thermal resistance.
PA CF from Innovatefil is a material developed by a mixture of Nylon (PA) with a percentage of carbon fiber, offering mechanical properties improved to standard PA.
This material allows to manufacture large parts, without deformations, very compact and resistant.
Filament specially designed for 3D printing of parts with high mechanical qualities (final parts and direct application).

The recommended 3D printing parameters used for INNOVATEFIL PA CF are:
- Hotend temp: 260 – 280 ºC.
- Heatbed Temp: > 60 ºC.
- 3D Printing Speed: 30 – 50 mm/s.
- Net Weight 500 gramos.
- Diameter: 1,75 mm.
- Colour: Carbono.

INNOVATEFIL PA CF is protected with the best packaging offered by the brand. the INNOVATEFIL filament is covered by a heat-sealable multilayer vacuum bag. inside the filament, it is in continuous contact with a 10 gram bag of highly absorbent glazed molecular desiccant.
The filament is abrasive, so it is recommended to use minimum hardened steel nozzles of 0.6 mm for proper operation. for proper 3D printing, an extruder is required with good performance in terms of temperature and suitable for technical materials (See the specifications of your hotend / 3D printer).
