Flexfill PEBA 90A is based on polyether-block-amide (PEBA), which was specially developed for processing by 3D printing.
Although it is flexible with Shore hardness 90A, it has a different thermal, mechanical and chemical behaviour than other Flexfill filaments.
Characteristics
Excellent mechanical properties.
Flexible even at low temperatures
High reversible deformation
Rebound resistance preserved also at low temperatures (down to -60°C)
High chemical resistance, resistance to automotive fluids (gas, diesel, oil, …)
Resistant to cyclic loads without obvious damage
High energy return, low hysteresis
Resistance to tearing
Low density, light weight
Recyclable, BPA-free, low smoke emission.
