Slice Engineering’s Plastic Repellent for nozzles is the solution to keep your nozzle free of filament debris.
What is Slice Engineering Plastic Repellent?
This paint is a water based nanosuspension of PTFE (same material as Capricorn PTFE tubing). This solution repels plastic, and by applying it to the outside of the nozzle and heater block, you will prevent filament residue from sticking in the event of a leak or print failure.
Slice Engineering Plastic Repellent prevents plastic build-up in areas such as the nozzle or heater block due to printing faults.
How is Plastic Repellent applied?
It can be applied in seconds using the top of the vial brush, forming a clear, dry film that withstands printing temperatures of up to 290°C.
