The Nozzle X is the NEW ‘One to rule them all’ nozzle, made from a special alloy of tool steel we have been able to create a nozzle that is immensely hard, but also maintains its hardness to high temperatures without softening.
The E3D-Online X nozzle is made of a special steel alloy with a nickel coating. This material provides high hardness and wear resistance, even at high temperatures without softening.
This nozzle is available in a wide range of output diameters, both for 1.75 mm and 3.00 mm.
It is specially designed for printing abrasive filament in a durable and reliable way.
The nickel coating gives the nozzle the quality of not accumulating material residues in it, thus avoiding imperfections and unnecessary burrs in 3D prints. At the same time, the maintenance and cleaning of the fuser will be lighter.
