Description e3D v6 Prusa Hotend

E3d v6 Prusa Hotend has a Prusa specific heatbreak with custom internal geometry, providing more reliability with retractions when using Prusa Research’s multi-material MMU.

It ships with a Prusa-specific thermistor with a pre-prepared extension cable for an immediate replacement experience.

The Prusa 3D printer hotend is shipped Pre-Assembled.

Please note

This HotEnd does not come with the specific PTFE used by Prusa.

It is recommended that you keep the PTFE from your existing HotEnd, or purchase new PTFE tubing.

For reference, the PTFE should be similar to this on the MK3 / MK2.5S and this on a MK2.5 MMU2 MK3.
