Cleaning Filament eSUN 1,75 mm

When extruding a 3D printer, it is inevitable that at some point you will experience nozzle clogging. There are many methods to try to clear the jams and remove the material from the hotend, however, very few methods really work at all. ESUN, has arrived with a specialized filament, which has a purpose, cleaning the extruders.

This new filament directly removes residual material within the extruder, and can be applied in the transition of two materials that are extruded at different temperatures.

The filament has excellent heat stability, and can be used with its hotend at a temperature of 150C – 260C.

• Excellent thermal stability, wide cleaning temperature range normally in the temperature range of 150 ℃ -260 ℃ during testing.
• With viscosity so that it can take the residual material from the nozzle.

The product is presented in a vacuum packed bag with drying material.
